STATMENT
My main research theme is to bring to the visible world invisible thoughts and feelings of the female universe regarding the objectification that all of us women, in all cultures and social classes, still suffer in the 21st century. Through metaphors, investigation and redefinition of images and objects, whether in the scope of collages on flat surfaces or in works that occupy space, I translate, through signs (entity that is the carrier of its own messages or fragments through objects) the feelings of inequality and impotence, provoked and built throughout history in all women of the world .The creation of a visual language from another perspective enables the female universe to recognize and visualize in a new context echoes of their own stories. Creating forces through reciprocity and union of these feelings allows the creation of an alert for the whole society, especially the male universe, to see a tangible and devastating problem from another point of view, which was and is the objectification of women in detriment of male power, so ingrained in all of us as social beings.
